Ginger Bread House Fun!
Getting started on the houses. The kids used Graham Crackers and icing to build their houses any way they wanted. Very creative designs these boys used lots of patience’s and took their time building the perfect houses. I was impressed! Kate had lots of Mommy help but did very good on adding the goodies, she requested her house be pink and purple only and completed with her as the Ginger Bread girl!

Hard at work and check out the houses before the goodies, good huh, I told you!
They started around 3:00 and didn’t finish until after 5:00, this was serious business, I think they enjoyed eating all the goodies along the way too.
Finished houses perfect for any lucky Ginger Bread Family!

Holiday Program
The boys had a Holiday program at school. Cayden sang “We Wish You a Merry Christmas”, Clint sang “Put A Little Love In Your Heart” and Colton sang “Lean On Me”. They all did a good job Clint and Cayden still have a little stage fright.

Christmas Program
“Lead The Way To Christmas” was the title of Kate’s Preschool program this year! It was very cute all the kids did a great job. Kate was a manger animal, a pink pig of course. She sang and danced to every song! She didn’t like the fact that Santa showed up at the end, she had to let the whole school know this by screaming, running, hiding and more screaming! Nothing a few yummy cookies couldn’t fix though.
When I took my seat in the Sanctury this window was right next to me, I loved all the colors, the pic didn’t turn out as beautiful as the window really is.

Princess Rellas Christmas Dress
When Kate went to church Sunday she wore a new dress Mom had bought her for Christmas. As soon as she put it on she declared it was Princess Rellas Christmas dress and twirled around. She did look adorable!

Simple Fun
The kids wanted to have a little competition, they wanted to see who could make the best Christmas play dough scene and Christmas drawings. So let the reindeer games began!
Cayden made a cute Christmas morning scene with a tree and presents beneath.
Clint went with an outdoor scene of a home covered in snow and frosty in the front yard, he even had a window you could see the stockings hung on the mantle! He won this challenge for super detail!
Kate she had a little help from Mom she wanted a snowman so we worked together and this was her finally piece. She wasn’t judged due to having help.
On to the drawings! Kate drew her and Leon playing together so cute! Clint drew a man ice skating and Cayden drew things that reminded him of Chritmas pepperments, this time Cayden took the prize!
And some of you I am sure noticed I have a missing child in all the fun…. Well he was more interested in Sports Center then Christmas games, I guess his age is starting to catch up with him! Which makes me sad my baby boy is growing up!

The Trimming of the Tree
The kids always love to help Nana decorate her tree. They say she doesn’t secretly move the ornaments around like I do after they are done…. Kate and Cayden seemed to have permanent grins across their faces the whole time, it truly is the simple things in life that make them the happiest!
Kate pointing out that Nana and Grandpa have pink lights on their tree this made her squeal!
The guys working on the technical stuff so we can watch Christmas 2009 in the future.
Nana putting hooks on the ornaments with Kate.
Okay time to decorate!
Smile of the Year Award goes too Cayden!
